My integrated approach incorporates the strengths of various counseling theories, including Jungian, Rogerian, Adlerian, Existentialism, Phenomenology, and Humanism, while also respecting your cultural, spiritual, and religious practices. Together, we will embark on a therapeutic journey tailored to your individual needs.
ABOUT ME.
Hiker, Camper, Roadtripper, Fur Parent, Curious
My unconventional upbringing has instilled in me a belief that our family of origin does not dictate our destiny. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked in chemical dependency, within a large hospital system, and for a small practice. My favorite experience being right where I am, as it offers the freedom to provide personalized care without the constraints of large organizations. My passion for the field drives me to continuously learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, you can find me either playing my Nintendo Switch or embracing the outdoors.
