Everyone deserves a chance to sit in a space of love, allowing for the best version of one’s self regardless of life experience. In our own way, we all go through times where we need to be understood, authentically cared about, and supported in a non-judgmental way. We do not need to sit in darkness alone. It is valuable to empower ourselves with the support and healing required to live a meaningful, happy existence. Positive lifestyle change can be attained whether it’s through hiking, yoga, or counseling.

My role is to focus on person centered services facilitating an integral part of your journey to healing. Meeting in your present space and walking together to where you want to be. I will support you, and encourage you to tap into your inner strengths to grow and fully embrace self care. You have all the tools you need. Sometimes we just need help using them.

I am honored to join you on this journey. I hope to not only sit with you in the dark but also explore ways to activate the brain's joy center which helps bring contentment and protection. You have the ability and power to guide your services and utilize counseling as a tool in your own healing. I look forward to walking with you!
