Breanna has been amazing. She is so kind and warm, and even within a short session is able to give timely and helpful tools for me to manage throughout the week. She has helped me to see things in a new light, better understand my feelings, and advocate for what I need in my relationships. I came into therapy with one goal but have grown in so many other ways, and I am so grateful!
