People watcher, Pointless Artist, Book Lover, Life Student, Intuition Follower, Practical Dreamer
People fascinate me! For as long as I can remember, I have been a passionate people watcher and story listener. I now have the best job- I get to watch, learn and walk with people all over the world! I have been blessed to have traveled this incredible earth, talk story, learn unique skills, and apply wisdom in both my own and my client's lives.
Surface Level conversations have never been my forte. I love to lean in, ask questions and get to the heart of the matter. There is always so much to learn. We all go through this craziness that we call life and are just doing our best, with the tools that we have. Sometimes that can feel lonely. I want to be there for you and help teach you new tools to carry you on your way. Everyone has a story filled with struggles. I want to connect with you on a deeper level, walk towards the light, and empower you with accessing your own natural strengths.
I have over nine years of counseling experience working in various treatment settings to include outpatient clinic, inpatient rehabilitation, sober living residence, and community-based outreach. I recently served in the Peace Corps and was blessed to have lived in Fiji and Australia. My life experiences have truly prepared me to embrace a multi-cultural perspective and look at life through different lenses. When I walk with my clients, we truly become a team. I learn your world and fall in step with you.
My goal is to partner with you and help you move towards realizing your full potential. Life is meant to be lived! I've seen too many people living a mediocre life, imprisoned by thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are keeping them stuck and miserable. I want to help you break down those walls! We only have this life that we are in right now! The present moment. I want to help you make the most of it. Walk with me, I will have your back!
