Feeling unmotivated, lack of connection, reduced intimacy? Are your relationships struggling? Are your goals feeling out of reach? When life gets busy, we tend to be disconnected, isolated, and relationships go directly on the back burner. I can help you focus, recenter your priorities and get your relationships back on track.
I take you on a journey of self-discovery, self-actualization, and find out just what makes you tick, to get that spark back into your life. I cannot promise that the world will be a better place after our time together, but what I can promise is my commitment to your journey, I am committed to giving you the tools to change your life, and help you propel yourself forward.
I approach life with a curiosity and driven sense of purpose. I have a natural curiosity and appreciation for cultural considerations. I have worked in the field for the past 8 years from nonprofit organizations, outpatient substance abuse facilities, crisis on call agencies and judicial system, I know life is never a straight line, and there are always twists and turns. I can help you navigate those twists and turns, much like a GPS system. Prior to my experience as a marriage and family therapist, I was a stand up comedy, I try to bring humor into the room whenever possible as I believe laughter especially during those hard jolts and twists in life, is the best medicine. My passions are dinosaurs and animals, I have a leopard gecko whom is like a child, and I enjoy making people laugh, even for free.
