I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with more than 6 years experience in the field of nutrition. I have worked in different levels of care from inpatient hospital settings to outpatient and am passionate about the role food plays in the health of body and mind. I have spent the last +3 years specifically helping people change their relationship with food and their body. My goal is to provide a safe and collaborative space for clients by using curiosity, self-compassion, and a non-judgmental stance around food and weight. In using mindful/intuitive eating techniques I hope to guide you towards eliminating harmful behaviors. I strive to build confidence in your choices and become more in tuned with your bodies cues and needs.
I seek to help my clients meet their wellness goals through an individualized approach. Whether you are looking for general nutrition education, sustainable weight-management techniques, improving your relationship with food, or other nutrition and health related challenges, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
Passionate world traveler, avid Minnesota sports fan, and fuzzy animal lover
I love to travel! What I love most about traveling (aside from getting out of the frozen winters in Minnesota) is being able to meet new people and experience new cultures. I believe being able to understand different places and cultures allows for personal and professional growth and overall a greater understanding and appreciation for our differences.
My priority is to understand your story and work with you on your relationship with food. Whether that is through nutrition education or working through challenges with food and food choices I’m here to learn your story and help you move forward.
