About me: Travel Enthusiast, Father of a teenager, Husband to an incredible wife, Seeker of knowledge and always open to learning new things.

I always strive to connect with my clients – connection breeds trust – trust breeds comfort – and when you’re comfortable within your environment, you have a good foundation from which to start venturing down the path of your individualized therapy.

The reason why I choose the work I do, is because psychology is incredibly dynamic – no two people are the same. Many of us can experience similar moments in life, but the way in which those experiences affect us in the moment, as well as long-term, is as individualized as each person I work with. That is the way I approach therapy – it is uniquely structured for each person that I work with. There will always be a fundamental structure guiding the process, but I’m a big believer that we collectively walk down your uniquely individualized path.

I’m also very aware that therapy can be incredibly challenging – in many ways. Scheduling a time to sit down and discuss difficult moments you’ve had in your life can be daunting. With this in mind, I approach therapy in a very mutually based fashion – simply put, it’s a team effort. As we figuratively dive-in to your individual challenges, the path ahead gently reveals itself, and we slowly but surely walk down that path together, step by step, at a pace you’re comfortable with, always keeping in mind our goals, and where we ultimately want to end up.
